Refunds and ReturnsWhen you find it necessary to send a product back to us, we will attempt to deliver the best service experience possible. E-mail service@zingerwinger.com or better still call 1-800-351-8411 to talk to one of our representatives. A return authorization form MUST be generated for you to include in your package.
CancellationsYou may cancel an order at any time, prior to the package shipping, without incurring any charges. Custom orders may be cancelled at any time, before a project commences. If your order has already shipped, and you still wish to cancel, you will be responsible for any shipping charges that are incurred.
GuaranteesAll Zinger products come with a 90-day money back guarantee*. If not fully satisfied you can return the item for a full product refund. See returns for details. This includes our Zinger aluminum dog crates when returned in new condition and original packaging. *Due to health and hygiene concerns crates that show any use or crates not in their original packaging cannot be returned for refund.
Replacements/RepairsWe will replace or repair any defective or damaged Zinger product, at no cost to you, for the duration of its warranty. This includes shipping costs. See our “Warranties” section for product details.
ExchangesWhere you have ordered the wrong product and want to exchange it for another there will be no restocking charge. If you receive your order and realize you may have made a mistake in your selection, please contact our service department. While you will be responsible for the shipping cost to get the package back to us, we will not charge any restocking fee.
ReturnsNo restocking fees are charged for returned items. Where you have decided that a return is necessary, you will only be responsible for the shipping costs. Before returning your order, you MUST first obtain a Return Authorization # to include in your package. No return will be accepted without this Return Authorization #. RefundsYou should see your refund within 2-4 weeks depending on the transit time to get the package back to us, inspection and processing of the return and the time it takes the bank to forward you the refund.
Original Crate PackagingWhy must the Zinger crate be returned in its original box and packaging? Zinger aluminum dog crates have been carefully packaged to mitigate the potential for damage while in the care of the shipper. We have shipped thousands of crates around the world and know the abuse these packages can receive. Without exception, where we have received a returned crate without its original packaging, the crate arrives damaged. Insurance claims are denied due to inadequate packaging.
Used Dog CratesWhy can’t a crate be returned for refund once it has been used. *Due to hygienic, health and contamination concerns to animals and humans alike used crates will not excepted. Only new crates in original packaging will be accepted for refund. For this reason, it is important that you choose the right size and model for your needs the first time. Our staff understand crates and can recommend one specific to your dogs sizing and safety needs. Whether the crate will be used for vehicle or airline travel, home use or your demanding escape artist it is always a good idea to confirm with us your requirements before you place the order. |
